Mr. Emma began his career with the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company as a claim representative and ultimately insurance defense counsel. There he evaluated and negotiated thousands of cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Often he consults with other attorneys evaluating pre litigation case values and pending litigation and negotiation strategies. He is currently engaged in developing Mediation/Arbitration qualification guidelines and rules.
